Our Lead Pastor
Russ Hodgins
Pastor Russ Hodgins has one driving mission in life: "preach Jesus and love people." Everything he does flows from that simple, powerful calling.
Rooted in his home state of New York, Russ has pastored multiple churches, planted new ones, and seen God bring miraculous turn-arounds. He also served as the Executive Director of Brooklyn Teen Challenge. A testament to his heart for people in their hardest moments. He's known for messages that are both deeply practical and genuinely challenging, the kind that stay with you long after you leave the room.
His passion for the gospel doesn't stop at the church doors. Russ has traveled to countries around the world preaching and investing in the next generation of leaders.
When he's not behind a pulpit, you might find him logging miles — he's completed the New York City Marathon three times and the Chicago Marathon in 2019.
At the heart of it all is his family. Russ and his wife Louann have been married since 1980, and together they have 4 children and 12 grandchildren.
Trenton Campus Pastor
Johnny Ferrara
Pastor Johnny serves as the Trenton Campus Pastor at Fountain of Life, where he provides leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care to the congregation. With more than a decade of ministry experience, he has served in a variety of pastoral roles, including youth ministry, helping people of all ages grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with Christ.
His heart for ministry is centered on building people up in the Lord, equipping them to live out their faith, and seeing lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. Pastor Johnny loves investing in people, strengthening families, serving the community, and helping others discover the hope and purpose found in Christ.
