Frequently Asked Questions about the FLC Labor Day Flea Market and International Food Festival

1) When is the Labor Day Festival?

    Answer:  It will be held on Labor Day, Monday, September 6th, 2010.

 

2) What time do we arrive?

    Answer:  Vendors are encouraged to arrive at 5:30am for set up. Shopping opens to the public at 8:00 am

 

3) Do you provide tables?

    Answer: We do not provide tables. There is room in your space for 2, 8ft tables.

 

4) How big is a space?

    Answer: A space is two parking spaces.  You park your car with your space and then there is room in front of your car for a 10 x 10 tent and two tables.  We do not provide tents either.

 

5)  Are there any restrictions on what is being sold?

    Answer: Yes, we do not allow food vendors or the sale of any food or drink that day.  We have our own food vendors.  Also, we do not allow the sale of any questionable paraphenalia, or R or X rated items. 

 

6)  Can I reserve or pre-pay for my space?

     Answer:  There is no pre-payment or reserving of spaces.  You are parked on a first come basis in the next available space.  If you need more than one space let the parking attendant know as you pull into the lot.

 

7)  What happens if it rains?

      Answer:  Rain or shine the Labor Day Festival still takes place. 

 

8)  What is the cost of a space?

      Answer:  A space costs $25.00.  You pay the attendant as you pull in the parking lot. If you need more than one space let the attendant know and pay for them at that time.
