Edgar Vetkoskey grew up in the Lenola area of Moorestown, NJ and after graduation from Moorestown High School joined the U.S. Army.  He served in the Infantry in Okinawa and Korea before discharge and returned to his hometown.

After dedicating his life to Christ, the call of the ministry led him to establish Maranatha Tabernacle in Moorestown where he served as Pastor for approximately 23 years.  He received further education from Northeast Bible Institute, now Valley Forge Christian College.

He and his wife Thelma came to the Fountain of Life Center in 1980 and Pastor Ed joined the staff as an Associate Pastor in 1991.  He was ordained as an Assemblies of God minister in 1995.

Pastor Ed’s ministry duties at Fountain of Life Center include directing the Prison Ministry, the Nursing Home Ministry, hospital and home visitations and teaching and preaching.  He has served as an on-call clergyman for Virtua Hospital, Mt. Holly, NJ
Married to Thelma for over sixty years, they have one daughter, Susan, and two grandchildren, Dana and Joshua.
